Kyungshin Cable Mexico specializes in the manufacturing of automotive wiring harnesses and electrical components, supporting the automotive industry through high-quality manufacturing processes and general quality standards.

We are currently looking for a Quality Customer Service Engineer to join our team in Gómez Palacio, Durango.
This position will serve as the main customer contact for quality matters related to automotive wiring harnesses, managing customer complaints, coordinating containment activities, leading root cause analysis, and following up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality requirements.

We are looking for an automotive quality professional with strong problem-solving skills, advanced English proficiency, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with customers.

Location: Gómez Palacio, Durango, Mexico

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related issues and requirements.
• Manage and follow up on customer complaints, quality claims, and product nonconformities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Track and analyze Customer Scorecards, complaints, and quality KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, and Logistics to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and applicable automotive quality standards.
• Support customer audits and follow up on findings and corrective action plans.
• Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), engineering changes, and new product launches as required.
