Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of approximately 75–80 doors across Georgia, Pennsylvania, and California. The portfolio includes residential and commercial properties, student housing, and shared homes, with ongoing renovations across multiple locations.

The adecuado candidate has strong hands-on experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires someone proactive, trustworthy, accountable, and capable of managing property management workflows while keeping records, financial data, and operational tasks organized.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management Operations
• Manage daily property management activities through Buildium, including tenant records, lease administration, listings, and property data.




• Coordinate lease-ups, tenant screening, lease renewals, and tenant communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property, tenant, and owner records.
• Track lease expiration dates, outstanding requirements, and follow-up items.

Maintenance and Renovation Coordination
• Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and contractor follow-ups.
• Monitor ongoing renovations across multiple properties and track project-related expenses.
• Follow up on vendor invoices, outstanding work, and project updates.
• Maintain organized records of maintenance activities, renovation costs, and vendor communications.

QuickBooks Online and Financial Support
• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and transaction matching in QuickBooks Online.
• Track invoices, expenses, and renovation budgets by property.
• Reconcile property-related expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
