? We're Hiring | Platform Support Engineer

At LTM, we are looking for a Platform Support Engineer to support and enhance enterprise-scale event streaming and business automation platforms in a integral environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in Apache Kafka, IBM BAMOE/Drools, and cloud-native technologies who enjoy troubleshooting complex production environments and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Kafka environments
✅ Troubleshoot consumer lag, connectivity, authentication, RBAC, and schema registry issues
✅ Support Kafka platforms running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
✅ Investigate and resolve BAMOE, Drools, DMN, and XML processing incidents
✅ Collaborate with CloudOps, SRE, Architecture, and Development teams
✅ Participate in platform modernization and migration initiatives
✅ Contribute to operational excellence, incident management, and knowledge-sharing activities

Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in Platform Support, Integration Support, or Platform Engineering
? 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka
? Strong English communication skills
? Experience supporting critical enterprise applications in production environments
