Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist for the General Accounting team to support financial and accounting operations for an external client within a dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.

This role combines accounting operations, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused,



and interested in leveraging technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and process quality.

As part of a BPO operation, you will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of critical accounting and financial close activities.

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting Operations

• Prepare, review, and post Journal Entries.
• Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Analyze variances, outstanding items, and account activity to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit-ready records.

Month-End Close Support

• Participate in and support Month-End Close activities.
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines, service level agreements (SLAs), and client requirements.
