As Account Manager, you will own your assigned customer relationships and book of business. You will drive retention and growth, ensure service levels are met, and manage margin and volume in close coordination with Customer Service and Carrier Sales. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them solve their operational, commercial and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer operations, performance reviews and escalations
• Build quarterly account plans and a growth roadmap covering volume, lanes, service targets and margin objectives
• Work with Carrier Sales on capacity strategy and with Customer Service on execution and updates
• Monitor daily performance (tracking, exceptions, PODs, accessorials) and keep customers informed
• Lead weekly business reviews (WBRs) and monthly service reviews, analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with the commercial team on pricing and contract renewals
• Keep data and documentation accurate in the TMS





Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, commerce or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in freight brokerage or transportation
• 1 to 2 years of experience leading teams
• Proven track record of growing accounts while maintaining service quality and margin
• English level B2
