We are looking for local IT support engineers in the following locations in Mexico:

Morelia, Michoacán
Uruapan, Michoacán
Guanajuato, Mexico
Other areas across Michoacán, Mexico

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 desktop and IT technical support to end users.

Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Support Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and basic user access issues.

Diagnose basic network and connectivity problems.
Log, update, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system.

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.

Provide professional, customer-focused onsite support.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
Experience with laptops, desktops,



printers, and IT peripherals.
Understanding of basic networking and IT support procedures.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk is preferred.

Must be based in or near one of the listed locations.
Availability for onsite IT support assignments.
