•+3 years in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process engineering
•Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
•Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, SPC, and problem-solving tools.
•Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
•Prevention and continuous-improvement mindset
•Red X, Six Sigma minimum Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
•Bilingual Spanish – English
•As a must, experience in SMT and electronic manufacturing product
