WikiFX (Forexeye)​ is a third-party regulatory inquiry and information platform for general forex/contracts for difference (CFD) investors, specializing in "checking platforms, verifying regulations, and avoiding fraudulent brokers." Users can look up brokers/dealers' regulatory licenses, establishment dates, exposure complaints, WikiFX ratings, and more. The platform covers forex, cryptocurrency, asset management, and other categories, primarily serving Chinese-speaking users and outbound investor communities in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and beyond.

Responsibilities
• Lead Spanish content planning, copywriting, and localization (EN→ES) for the brand/product in Mexico and Latin American markets
• Manage social media accounts (IG/TikTok/X, etc.) and plan engagement and growth campaigns aligned with local trends




• Collect user feedback and market insights to deliver actionable localization recommendations
• Act as a communication bridge between the Latin America team and HQ in China, liaising with partners, KOLs, and service providers in Spanish and English
• Monitor operational metrics and continuously iterate on content and strategy

Requirements
• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency; fluent English as a working language
• 2+ years of experience in localization operations, overseas social media, cross-border e-commerce, or Latin American market roles
• Deep familiarity with Mexican culture, consumer behavior, and the local digital ecosystem
• Data-driven mindset, ability to drive projects independently, and strong cross-cultural communication skills
