Salary: 2,000 to 2,500
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Reports to: Director of Operations

About the job
As a Project Manager at Taikun, you'll own a portfolio of 8–10 clients end to end across every service line they use with us: Paid Social, Creative, TRYBE (UGC and creator programs), PPC, and YouTube. Most clients run at least three of these at once. You're the person who knows where every deliverable stands, what's blocking it, and what should happen next. You'll participate on client calls, turn direction into clear tasks, keep specialists moving, and manage the full UGC creator lifecycle.

We partner with growing DTC and ecommerce brands, and we're looking for someone with proven agency experience who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of a multi-client, multi-channel portfolio from day one. This isn't a coordinator role, and it isn't a creative role. You run the delivery machine so our strategists and media buyers can focus on growth.

What you'll be responsible for
• Client Ownership & Communication: Serve as point of contact for Creative and Trybe services. Lead status calls, manage expectations, and handle client questions clearly and professionally. Keep client communication consistent and proactive.
• Task Management & Execution Pipeline: Own account workflows in ClickUp by creating, assigning, scheduling, and following up on every deliverable. Turn client requests, meeting notes, and strategist direction into structured tasks with clear owners, firm deadlines, and the context needed to execute.
• Capacity, Dependencies & Timelines: Monitor team workloads and balance capacity across media buyers, strategists, editors, and specialists. Track dependencies and upcoming deadlines so you can spot bottlenecks and delivery risks early, then clear operational
