M&A; Integration Lead — Telecommunications

IENTC, Mexico’s fastest-growing telecom company with a nationwide presence, is looking for an M&A; Integration Lead to play an integral role in its expansion through acquisitions.

This role combines hands-on telecom operations experience with ownership of integration execution and measurable business results. You will work directly with the Expansion Chief, the COO, and functional leaders to turn acquisition plans into successful integrations.

The role
Reporting to the Expansion Chief, you will own the integration roadmap from pre-close planning through completion of integration. You will work across teams to deliver milestones, protect business continuity, and achieve synergy targets.

Key responsibilities
• Develop and drive integration plans with clear priorities, timelines, owners, and deliverables.
• Work with operations, network, technology, commercial, finance, HR, and legal teams to execute integration initiatives.
• Identify dependencies and risks, resolve roadblocks, and escalate decisions requiring senior leadership input.




• Track integration budgets, KPIs, and synergies against the acquisition’s business case.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, financial impact, risks, and corrective actions.
• Lead the transition to ongoing operations, with documented processes, responsibilities, and performance targets.

Required experience and capabilities
• 5+ years of relevant experience in telecom operations, transformation, or business integration.
• Hands-on participation in at least one telecom M&A; integration, preferably two, with responsibility for specific deliverables. Candidates who have led a major integration workstream are welcome; prior ownership of an entire integration is not required.
• Practical knowledge of telecom operations and experience working across technical and business functions.
