We're looking for a reliable and organized After-Hours Logistics Coordinator to support our transportation operations outside regular business hours. This role is responsible for coordinating dispatch, monitoring shipments, communicating with drivers and carriers, and resolving issues to ensure loads are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate after-hours dispatching and manage load assignments.
• Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates on load status, location, and ETA.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment updates and delays.
• Handle carrier fallouts, missed pickups, delivery issues, and other unexpected situations.
• Ensure all tracking updates and load information are accurately documented in FreightFlow (TMS).
• Obtain proof of delivery (PODs) and other required documentation.
• Provide support across all customer accounts as needed.
• Communicate outstanding issues and important updates to the daytime team.

Qualifications





• Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation and produce preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with transportation management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Versátil availability to work after regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
