Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ITGC Manager to join our dynamic team in our CDMX office (Hybrid). This role is crucial in ensuring our IT governance, risk management, and compliance processes are aligned with industry standards and best practices. The ITGC Manager will lead the development and implementation of robust IT controls to safeguard our information assets and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement IT Governance Frameworks:
• Design, implement, and maintain IT governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess IT risks,



and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure control effectiveness.
• Compliance Oversight:
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., SOX, ISO).
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during reviews.
• Team Leadership and Training:
• Lead a team of IT professionals in executing governance and compliance initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance on IT control practices and risk management.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and report on IT governance metrics to senior management.
• Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in IT governance and compliance.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
