Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Support the reception and organization of laboratory samples
• Register and track sample shipments in internal databases
• Prepare shipping documentation, including guides and proforma invoices
• Assist in the preparation and conditioning of flavor samples
• Coordinate sample shipment activities with internal teams and affiliates
• Maintain accurate records of sample movements and logistics




• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Customer Care team
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials

What Makes You the Right Fit
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration or related
• Active student from 5th semester onwards
• Intermediate English level (written, reading and basic communication with international teams)
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formulas, filters and tables)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Interest in customer service, logistics or sales support processes

• Previous academic or internship exposure to customer service or logistics
• Interest in supply chain or customer care operations
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
