We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Growth & Demand Generation Manager to build and own the demand generation function for a fast-growing B2B technology company serving leading e-commerce brands.
This is a high-ownership, builder role on a lean team. You will work directly with company leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate measurable sales-qualified opportunities and pipeline.
Your mission will be to build a repeatable demand generation engine from the ground up, combining creative, unconventional marketing campaigns with scalable acquisition programs that consistently deliver qualified opportunities quarter after quarter.
Within your first 3–6 months, you will be expected to take ownership of a dollar-denominated sales-qualified opportunity (SQO) pipeline target, with an emphasis on generating approximately $1M in qualified opportunity pipeline per quarter.
We are not looking for someone who simply generates leads, manages campaigns, or focuses on brand awareness.
We need someone who understands how marketing translates into sales opportunities, can independently experiment with different acquisition channels, and knows how to turn successful initiatives into predictable pipeline.
This is not a narrow marketing-specialist or people-management position. You must be comfortable developing the strategy, executing campaigns yourself, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results with limited resources.
Responsibilities• Build and own the demand generation function from scratch, establishing the channels, campaigns, processes, and reporting needed to generate consistent sales-qualified pipeline.
• Take accountability for marketing-generated sales-qualified opportunities, including a dollar-denominated pipeline target, and work closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts translate into real commercial opportunities.
• Develop and execute creative, unconventional demand generation campaigns
