Job Description Summary
Prepare technical-commercial proposals for company products by analyzing documentation received from internal and external clients. Coordinate with the factory and with the Sales team to establish the best commercial conditions (price, lead time, payment terms, terms and conditions, etc.), aiming to secure purchase orders that balance manufacturing volume and profitability. Approve all contractual risks with company management for each purchase order or contract. Conduct technical presentations for the energy market and manage the client portfolio. Prospect for new business opportunities through client visits. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Receive RFQ documents for products manufactured by the company from clients, sales networks, and/or representatives.




• Consult with the planning department to define delivery lead times for the equipment being offered.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for company products by analyzing the inquiry documentation, collecting data from the engineering, purchasing, planning, and production departments, and managing the issuance and forwarding of proposals to interested parties.
• Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements. Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development. Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth. Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process.
