About the Role
Responsible for overseeing prototype manufacturing operations. The AME Pilot Factory AME Technician II is responsible for the performance of metrics related to Safety, Quality,



Delivery and Cost within the AME Pilot Factory, always under current internal policies.
Your Team
The AME Lead Technician will report to the Production Supervisor and will have as a team the AME SMT Technician and/or the AME FA Technician.
What You Will Do
• Responsible for supervising the manufacturing of prototypes in all phases they go through in the operation of the AME Pilot Factory.
• Responsible for the results of the indicators related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost within the AME Pilot Factory, always under the current internal policies.
• Supervisory responsibilities: • SMT Technician of AME Pilot Factory.
• FA Technician of AME Pilot Factory.

• As part of supervision responsibilities, if there is no employee to assist with the process, the direct supervisor will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee with the same qualifications.
• Comply with the pilot production
