Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Revenue Management Sr. Director is responsible for leading PepsiCo Mexico Foods' Revenue Management agenda, ensuring that commercial decisions across pricing, portfolio, promotions, channel strategy,



and customer investments drive sustainable and profitable growth for the business.

The role develops and governs the long-term Revenue Management strategy for PMF, translating consumer behavior, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, commercial performance, and financial analytics into business decisions that maximize both net revenue and profitability. This includes establishing the frameworks, capabilities, governance processes, and decision-making routines that allow the organization to optimize value creation across categories, channels, customers, and brands.

The position serves as the enterprise leader for Revenue Management, ensuring that strategic decisions regarding pricing, portfolio architecture, mix management, promotional effectiveness, and commercial investments are aligned with business objectives, market realities, and PepsiCo's global best practices.
