JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by developing strategic relationships with growers, distributors, and industry partners while promoting the adoption of innovative plant nutrition and biostimulation solutions. This is a field-based position,



focused on understanding agricultural challenges, providing value-driven agronomic recommendations, and translating technical expertise into sustainable business growth.

At Rovensa Next, we are building a nationwide network of agronomic talent to identify future Technical Sales Representatives across Mexico. We are looking for professionals with strong technical and commercial capabilities who are passionate about innovation, grower success, and advancing more efficient, profitable, and sustainable agriculture.

REQUIRMENT TO APPLY

• Agronomist Engineer with a completed degree.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in agronomic consulting, technical development, agricultural sales, or related activities.

• Knowledge of Rovensa Next products (Cosmocel, Tradecorp, IdaiNature, or other solutions within the group) is a plus.

• Full availability to travel or relocate based on current or future opportunities within
