We are looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager to support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for artists, labels, releases, catalog, tours, and other priority projects.

This role will work across digital strategy, social media, audience development, first-party data, CRM, campaign analytics, and fan engagement.



We are looking for someone who is curious about music and digital culture, comfortable working with data, and able to turn trends and campaign results into useful recommendations.

What you'll do:

• Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, streaming platforms, CRM, websites, paid media, and fan engagement initiatives.

• Stay up to date on social media, music, creator, and cultural trends, identifying relevant opportunities for artists and campaigns.

• Support first-party data acquisition and audience development initiatives, including fan registration, pre-save campaigns, audience segmentation, and other fan engagement activations.

• Build, test, and send newsletters and targeted email communications to help strengthen ongoing fan relationships.

• Review analytics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, streaming, CRM, websites, and paid media to iden
