The Royal Caribbean Group’s Talent Acquisition Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sr Specialist, Talent Acquisition reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

This position is onsite and based in Mexico City.

Position Summary

The Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition provides proactive, high-quality support to a dynamic and fast-paced talent acquisition team.



This individual will coordinate recruitment operations across multiple time zones while maintaining excellence in administrative execution and candidate experience. The role ensures efficient management of recruitment processes and champions continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing, candidate engagement, and data tracking to support Royal Caribbean Group’s integral talent strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partners with Lead Recruiters across the region to implement sourcing plans for active and pipeline vacancies.

• Manages attraction and initial candidate screening stages, leveraging online platforms, professional networks, and applicant tracking tools to build qualified candidate pools.

• Supports delivery of recruiting campaigns for volume hiring and emerging talent programs, including internships and graduate recruitment.
