Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance Administrator to help run the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, manage several processes at once, and takes pride in getting things right. You’ll work alongside our existing finance team, so clear communication and reliable handoffs matter. This is a fully remote position. Very high attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Support customer invoicing and accounts receivable, including follow-up through to collection

• Support accounts payable and vendor payments, processing them accurately and on time

• Process employee expense reports and reimbursements

• Review timesheet and expense submissions for accuracy and completeness

• Support payroll processing and data entry to keep records accurate

• Help set up and maintain financial and administrative systems, procedures, and checklists

• Prepare and organize financial records and supporting documents for the finance team

• Flag discrepancies, missing documentation,



and timing issues early

• Assist with general administrative tasks across the company

• Work extensively with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data

Requirements and Qualifications

• Background in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment working with invoicing, payables, and financial systems

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Xero

• Experience with timesheet and expense platforms

• Familiarity with payroll processing or data entry

• Very high attention to detail

• High comfort and accuracy working with numbers and spreadsheets

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• Highly productive, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines

• Must have strong Spanish and English language skills
