Overview
This position will be primarily responsible for providing regulatory and commercial legal advice to business operations in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. The role will provide legal support on complex regulatory and commercial matters, assess and manage legal risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, deliver training on relevant legal topics, and respond to the legal needs of the organization.

Reporting Line:
The position will report directly to the Legal Director, Latin America and will not have direct reports.
Main Responsibilities
Advise Business Operations and Ensure Proper Governance & Compliance
• Provide legal support to day-to-day business operations in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru, including Commercial, Medical, R&D;, Market Access, B&IA;, and enabling functions such as Finance, HR, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Logistics.
