HR GENERALIST (Remote) Position Type: Full Time; Remote
Start Date: ASAP Volcanix Automation is seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing organization primarily across North America (Canada and the USA). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a broad, hands-on role supporting employee lifecycle management, HR administration, immigration, employee relations, benefits and compensation, and other key HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• HR Documentation & Compliance: Draft and maintain employment agreements, amendments, HR letters, policies, templates, and other employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.

• Immigration Support: Coordinate U.S. and Canadian immigration matters, working closely with employees, managers, and external immigration counsel to manage documentation, applications, renewals, and key deadlines.

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience for employees and contractors,



ensuring a smooth and positive experience from hire through departure.

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) & Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in BambooHR and other HR systems, including training, compliance, and employment documentation.

• Benefits, Leave & Compensation: Support the administration of employee benefits and leave programs, as well as salary increases, bonuses, and other compensation-related processes.

• Employee Relations & HR Support: Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on day-to-day HR matters, policies, employee relations, and workplace questions.

• New Hire Coordination: Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements, and partner with IT and other teams to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day.
