About the Role
We're looking for a Bookkeeper to own the US books, accounts payable and receivable, global payroll, and HR administration, reporting directly to the founder. You'll manage the full monthly accounting cycle in Puzzle, run vendor payments and expense compliance through Brex,



handle invoicing and collections in Chargebee, process global payroll in Rippling, and support HR onboarding and offboarding across US and international employees.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role covering both the financial and people operations side of a fast-moving global company. You won't be handing work off to a team. You are the person who owns it.
Responsibilities
• Own the US books in Puzzle, including transaction coding, monthly reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
• Keep financial records accurate, organized, and current, closing the books on schedule each month
• Code and process vendor bills, and run weekly vendor payments to keep payables current
• Manage receipt and expense compliance through Brex, including coding, policy enforcement, and reconciliation
• Issue customer invoices through Chargebee, apply payments accurately, and follow up on outstanding invoices and collectio
