We are looking for an HR Generalist who will act as a business partner, working closely with leaders and teams to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with organizational objectives. This position will have a direct impact on organizational effectiveness by strengthening leadership, talent development, employee relations, and change management initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and develop Human Resources solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and organizational design.
- Support talent acquisition, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Lead talent review and leadership development processes.




- Advise leaders on performance management practices to maximize employee contribution and development.
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
- Lead and support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Drive programs and actions that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that create value for the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
