- Lead the Quality function within a glass bottle manufacturing operation.
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Production and Quality leaders to resolve quality concerns.
- Monitor quality KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Support and maintain Quality Management System requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Participate actively in plant operations and quality improvement efforts.
- Build strong relationships with key domestic and international customers.
- Support audits, quality reviews, and process improvement projects.
- Lead and develop a small quality team.

Perfil buscado




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager within manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of glass bottle manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing customer complaints and quality-related escalations.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Stable career history with well-justified career moves.
