Key Responsibilities: Collections: Perform preventive and corrective collection activities. Monitor overdue and upcoming balances, and follow up with customers via phone and email. Manage collection KPIs, including DSO, Aging, and Past Due balances. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures. Maintain strong and healthy business relationships with customers. Upload invoices to customer portals and send invoices, supporting documentation, and reports for the invoice review process. Monitor and control the application of advance payments. Prepare the monthly collections forecast. Requirements: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience :2 to 3 years of experience in Credit and Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Portfolio Management.
