HIL Automation Engineer Requirements (Idóneo Profile): Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. HIL Platform Expertise: Proven experience with leading HIL hardware and software ecosystems, such as d SPACE, National Instruments, Vector, or Typhoon HIL. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB/Simulink. Communication Protocols: Experience with automotive or industrial networks like CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, or Flex Ray. Standards & Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with the ASAM XIL API, version control (Git), and functional safety standards. Able to work in Tecnoparque, Mexico City Advance English Over 3-5 years of Experience in: HIL Design & Configuration: Develop, maintain, and upgrade hardware in the loop (HIL)

CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with software teams to integrate HIL test benches into Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment pipelines.
