L3/L4 mainframe Development/Support, have to be capable of looking at the Cobol code and debug, also do some enhancement and fixes.
Required 6 to 9 years of proven IT experience or more Programming experience in Mainframe/Cobol. Mainframe Programming and Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems in a Mainframe environment, ensuring code quality and efficiency. My SQL/PL support experience, Good Communication skills. Demonstrable experience with DB2. Proficiency in JCL. Extensive experience in Mainframe Development. Practical knowledge and experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, SAFe). Mastery of COBOL Systems. Preferred Intermediate level knowledge of Unix environment (User commands, not System Admin commands) Understanding of capital markets and middle / back-office operations in any investment bank Role Description Implement bug fixes, minor enhancements, etc.
