Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead commercial activities for fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based ingredients across Mexico & LATAM. Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in bakery, dairy, confectionery, and processed foods. Provide technical support based on customer formulations, processes, and production needs. Conduct product trials, demos, and technical training with clients and internal teams. Collaborate with Applications R&D;, Regulatory Affairs,
Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain. Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions for clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long‑term account growth. Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and performance reports. Lead market intelligence efforts to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth segments. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in fats & oils or food ingredients. Strong understanding of lipid technology: emulsification, fat crystallization, oxidative stability, and antioxidants. Solid knowledge of margarine and shortening processes. Ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑oriented solutions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Experience
