LEDVANCE is looking for a Sr. Accounting Analyst to join our Finance organization and support our US & Canada accounting operations in a global and international environment.
This position will have a strong focus on General Ledger, month-end closing, account reconciliations and financial accuracy, working closely with local teams and US & Canada stakeholders.
What you’ll do Manage and review General Ledger activities for US & Canada, including pre-close and month-end closing. Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, including payroll, accruals/provisions, expenses, liabilities and intercompany accounts. Review accounting entries, identify discrepancies and follow up on open items and required adjustments. Work closely with local teams and US & Canada stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Support audit requirements and financial reporting, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with established accounting processes.



What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field. 3+ years of experience in General Ledger, R2 R, accounting or shared services environments, including month-end close and account reconciliations. Experience with payroll, accruals/provisions, expenses, liabilities and GR/IR. SAP experience; knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus. Intermediate-Advanced English and strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with US & Canada stakeholders. Why consider this opportunity?
