Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, or supply chain operations. Strong automotive manufacturing experience, preferably Tier 1/Tier 2. Advanced knowledge of MRP, inventory management, supplier scheduling, and production planning. Strong SAP/ERP experience. Knowledge of BOM structures, lead times, safety stock, inventory coverage, and capacity constraints. Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities. Experience managing international suppliers and complex supply chains. Advanced English, including supplier negotiations and escalations. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
