Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Marketing Manager to own and scale our internal marketing engine. In this role, your mission is focused on three critical pillars:
1. Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Build a powerful, recognizable corporate identity that positions our company as the go-to authority and market leader within the RPO and HR-tech space.
2. B2 B Demand Generation: Design and scale sophisticated inbound and outbound pipelines to place our company in front of C-level executives, VPs of HR, and Talent Acquisition Directors, converting awareness into high-value sales pipelines.
3. Employer Branding:



Partner closely with our internal HR teams to project a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), establishing our company as an employer of choice for top-tier recruiting and talent acquisition professionals globally.
You will bridge the gap between corporate reputation, enterprise pipeline growth, and candidate attraction, turning marketing strategies into measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities B2 B Enterprise Lead Generation: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns (Linked In Ads, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO, and Email Automation) to generate high-quality enterprise leads (MQLs/SQLs) for our sales and TA teams. Employer Branding Strategy: Partner with our internal Talent Acquisition and HR teams to define, launch, and refine our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Create campaigns that attract top-tier recruiters, sourcers, and talent specialists to our RPO. Thought Leadership & PR: Position our executives and the company as industry
