Actively managing risk and ensuring compliance, whilst proactively identifying issues and developing solutions. Responsible for Managing & controlling all aspects of Entity creation, changes and maintenance. Documentation & Validation Maintain metrics and a reporting framework to accurately articulate project performance where targeted on opening new entities Support the Business Leadership in the implementation of growth plans Project Management support and ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget. Liaising with local legal service providers for entity incorporation, registered address & office, and mandatory licensing and registrations. Collaborating with our internal team across; HR, Payroll, Finance, Product and Marketing. Reviewing of legal advice across new countries. Reviewing and updating processes that will ensure best practices and success. Assisting internal teams with business model-related queries.
