About the role
As our Senior Specialist, Time & Absence Management, you’ll own the operational health, quality and governance of high-volume Time and Absence services. You’ll manage complex escalations, strengthen controls and integrate business changes into reliable daily operations.

Required Qualifications
Built 3–5 years of experience in Time and Absence, human resources operations, payroll-connected services or a comparable environment. Led complex operational escalations through root-cause analysis, containment and corrective actions. Delivered projects involving operational impact assessments, change readiness and user acceptance testing. Translated service data into risk assessments, operational controls and improvement decisions. Applied Time and Absence process experience to understand and manage downstream payroll impacts. Coached Advisors and Senior Advisors through cross-training, documentation and backup planning.




Preferred Qualifications
Used Workday Human Capital Management and Service Now in a shared-services or service-management environment, UKG knowledge and T&A; Platforms. Supported major implementations, transitions, regulatory changes or service-stabilisation activities. Used Power BI to identify service trends, risks or recurring defects. Presented operational recommendations to integral or regional management audiences.
