What You Will Do Design and developmanufacturing toolsthatsupportsafe, ergonomic, high-quality, and efficient productioninaccordance with Tool Design Manuals and aerospace industry best practices. Develop detailed 3 D models and engineering drawings using CATIA V5 to support composite layup, sheet metal fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly manufacturing processes. Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality,



and Engineering teams to deliver tooling solutions that support production requirements and ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards. Investigate tooling and manufacturing issues byparticipatingin Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and implementing effective corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing manufacturing challenges, developing innovative tooling solutions, andoptimizingproduct quality, productivity, and operational performance. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Advancedproficiencyusing CATIA V5 to create detailed 3 D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings for manufacturing tooling. Experience designing tooling for composite layup, sheet metal fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly manufacturing processes. Working knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawing
