We are currently looking for a Bilingual Project & Operations Coordinator to join one of our strategic projects within our Business Process Solutions (BPS) organization. This role is adecuado for professionals who enjoy project coordination, operational support, stakeholder management, and process improvement.

?? Location: Mexico City

?? Salary: MXN $30,000 - $36,000 gross/month (based on experience)

?? English: Advanced level required

?? Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage support and intake queues.

Triage, tag, resolve, or escalate requests, incidents, bugs, and access-related inquiries while meeting SLA requirements.

Track project deliverables, milestones, approvals, and follow-up activities.

Prepare meeting summaries, action logs,



and weekly status reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

? 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or queue management.

? Advanced English communication skills.

? Experience with ticketing and project management tools such as Jira, Buganizer, GUTS, or similar platforms.

? Knowledge of ticket triage, escalation management, and SLA compliance.

? Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
