We are currently seeking a Bilingual Graphic Designer to join our team and support global learning and communication initiatives through creative, engaging, and brand-aligned visual content.

?? Salary: MXN $30,000 - $36,000 gross per month

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets for e-learning programs and corporate initiatives.

Design materials for global campaigns, including cybersecurity awareness and employee engagement programs.

Develop presentation decks, infographics, promotional materials, and digital content using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Slides.

Transform complex concepts into clear,



visually engaging communications with quick turnaround times.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, incorporate feedback, and deliver exceptional creative solutions.

Leverage AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM to enhance productivity and streamline design processes.

Requirements

? 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.

? Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

? Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

? Advanced English communication skills.

? Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
