We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as a Bilingual LMS Platform

Administrator. This position belongs to the BPS (Business Process Solutions) area of the

company

Requirement

• 2-6 years of experience

• English Advanced

• Enterprise LMS admistration

• Intellum administration or comparable LMS experience

• Course catalog and audience management

• User enrollment and assignment management

• SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004

• xAPI packaging and publishing

• Course testing and deployment

• LMS completion reporting and dashboards

• Completion tracking and reconciliation

• Tier-2 learner support and troubleshooting

• Course migration and content maintenance

Responsibilities





• Manage day-to-day LMS operations across Intellum and Grow LXP.

• Maintain course catalogs, audience assignments, user enrollments, learning paths,

and course records.

• Test, package, upload, and publish SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI learning content.

• Act as the technical point of contact for course deployment, staging, production

publishing, and release verification.

• Configure and extract built-in Intellum completion reports and analytics

dashboards.

• Reconcile learner completion information and support resolution of course

completion discrepancies.

• Resolve Tier-2 learner issues, including access problems and course completion

errors, within defined SLAs.

• Support the migration of legacy courseware into Intellum.

• Perform daily platform maintenance and support stable LMS operations.

• Coordinate with the Instructional Designer, program team, and relevant

stakeholders for course testing, deployment, and updates.

• Use AI tools applicable to accelerate operational activities and reduce repetitive

manual effort.
