RF Engineer

?Huawei Technologies de México is looking for an RF Engineer to join our Wireless Network Optimization team and provide technical support to mobile operators in Mexico, ensuring high-quality network performance, improving wireless service quality, and delivering effective network optimization solutions.

Key Job Functions:

- Wireless Network Optimization: Act as the primary technical interface with the Mexico operator's optimization department, taking end-to-end responsibility for wireless network quality and performance improvement.

- Network Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze network KPIs, subscriber behavior, and user experience trends to identify performance issues, optimization opportunities, and potential service improvements.

- Solution Design & Implementation: Understand customer network requirements, develop tailored optimization solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the solution design, implementation, and validation process.

- Customer Technical Support: Work closely with the operator's technical teams to troubleshoot network performance issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure effective implementation of optimization strategies.

- Team Coordination & Capability Development: Lead and coordinate internal team activities, oversee daily operations, and continuously improve technical capabilities to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality customer support.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in RF engineering, wireless network optimization, or mobile network performance,



preferably supporting telecommunications operators in Mexico.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, radio frequency optimization, mobile network architecture, network performance indicators (KPIs), and subscriber experience analysis.

- Network Optimization Skills: Experience in network performance analysis, troubleshooting, optimization strategy development, and implementation of technical solutions to improve network quality and service performance.

- Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage technical challenges, collaborate with customers, and lead internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Language: Good command of English, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with international teams and customers.

Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX (We have transportation services in some points).
