Wireless Engineer

Huawei Technologies de México is looking for a Wireless Engineer to join its team and support the design, integration, and delivery of wireless network solutions, ensuring network stability, serviceability, and high-quality project implementation.

Key Job Functions:

- Wireless Solution Design and Integration: Design end-to-end solutions for wireless products and lead system integration to ensure successful project delivery and stable network operation.

- Serviceability Solution Development: Develop forward-looking serviceability solutions based on the evolution of wireless networks and products, focusing on cost efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

- Solution Implementation and Delivery: Implement wireless network solutions, ensuring effective project execution, reliable network performance, and compliance with technical requirements.

- Network Quality Management: Monitor and support network quality to ensure stable operations, optimize performance, and achieve customer satisfaction.

- Project Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the timely delivery of wireless solutions and the successful implementation of network projects.

Requirements:

Technical Knowledge:



Knowledge of wireless communication technologies and products, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and Excel macro tools is preferred.

Communication: Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Language: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills, with a focus on network quality, efficient solution delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX (We have transportation services in some points)
