Procced and operate the end-to-end payroll process (monthly, semimonthly , weekly) for multiple clients in MexicoEnsure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security laws in MexicoPerform payroll calculations in BIPO's local payroll system, including taxes, benefits, savings funds, etc.Collaborate with clients' finance, legal, and HR departments to resolve issues, audits, and special requests.Review and approve calculations for taxes, social security contributions, savings funds, Coupon, PTU and other benefits, and other applicable components.Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance indicators (KPIs) established with clientsLead the onboarding and implementation of new clients or country operationsIdentify and propose process improvements,
