At Vistance Networks , we are looking for a driven and analytical Manufacturing Operations Engineer to support the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and operational assets across our facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, driving efficiency, managing capital equipment investments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance. What You'll Do Manage and support manufacturing and process equipment across multiple sites. Oversee capital equipment assets throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, maintenance, calibration, utilization, and disposition. Support budgeting activities, vendor negotiations, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives. Analyze asset performance and develop ROI-driven recommendations for equipment investments and utilization. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Operations, and Business teams to support strategic and operational initiatives. Conduct equipment and asset audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.



What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Capital equipment management. Manufacturing operations support.
