HQ HeadQuarters is a integral startup building learning programs for teams across Mexico, Serbia and the US. You will own Learning and Development with a people‑partnering side, reporting to the HR Manager, and help the company scale its people function while leveraging AI.
You will design and deliver training, onboard new joiners across countries, and collaborate with team leads on development plans and performance reviews, all while automating and measuring impact through reporting.
