In this role, you will contribute to shaping advanced solutions that address complex business challenges by transforming the aging experience through technology-driven home care solutions. Operating a large-scale platform that connects professional caregivers with older adults and their families, delivering millions of hours of personalized care annually.

RESPONSBILITIES

Propose how to implement what is needed and estimate roughly how much time it will take, so that feature releases can be planned in advance.

Build with React and Next.js, style with Tailwind, and ship to Vercel.

Work with Sanity as the project's CMS.

Keep pages optimized for SEO and Core Web Vitals, supporting new leads as one of the team's main metrics.

Use Cursor in daily work and grow together with the team as it builds more processes around AI.

Propose improvements and take responsibility for the work you deliver — for example, monitoring metrics and logs after a release to make sure everything is fine.

Look into backend service code when something needs debugging.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in React and Next.js, the core technologies of the project.

Experienced with Tailwind for styling and with code hosted on Vercel.

Experienced with GTM

Experienced with a CMS in general

Knowledgeable at least at a basic level in SEO and page optimization (Core Web Vitals metrics), as new leads are one of the team's main metrics.

Experienced in working with AI
