Resolv General is seeking customer-focused Seasonal Customer Care Representatives to join our growing remote team. You will support customers across phone, email, webchat, and social channels, handling orders, billing, product information, returns, and general account support.
The role requires strong English communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and reliability. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position with weekly USD payments and a pay rate of $5.50 per hour.
