Addressing staff and supervisor/manager issues
Preparing reports and actions to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Coordinating employee services
Participating in safety brigades and the Health and Safety Committee
Preparation of various reports for the client's corporate office related to turnover, absenteeism, headcount, accidents, and all types of compensation.
Headcount preparation.
Preparation of salary and wage studies to propose salary and benefit improvements to the client.




Participation in weekly and monthly meetings with the client and when required by IVEMSA Central Services.
Coordination of social, sporting, and corporate social responsibility events.
Control and preparation of job descriptions, as well as their corresponding updates, whether for annual review or any requested changes.
Preparation and maintenance of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
5 years of experience in the field
Knowledge of Labor Laws (IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT)
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in TRESS software
Personnel management
