Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.
At TLNT , we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans . We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — hybrid, based in Monterrey.
You'll join a 100-year-old American manufacturer of premium kitchen appliances — family-owned for four generations, still manufacturing in-house in Ohio, and selling in 130 countries. Its machines are engineered to outlast ordinary appliances many times over, in home and professional kitchens alike. That kind of durability starts with product data that's exactly right: the correct revision, the correct BOM, the correct drawing on the production floor.
As a PDM Engineer , you'll manage, configure, and optimize the centralized PDM system behind the engineering operation in Monterrey. You'll be the link between design engineering, global manufacturing teams, and stakeholders — ensuring complete data integrity, precise version control, and seamless engineering change workflows.
You’ll own the system, not just use it. You'll configure workflows, manage access and metadata, and train the engineers and operations teams who rely on it every day.
What You’ll Do PDM administration. Maintain and configure the corporate PDM platform — user access, workflows, and system metadata.
Revision and version control. Enforce configuration management policies and oversee check-in/check-out of CAD models, assemblies, engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Engineering change management. Facilitate and accelerate the ECR and ECO processes so every change is implemented accurately across PLM, ERP and the production floor.
BOM integrity. Partner with manufacturing plants,
quality assurance and supply chain to resolve Bill of Materials discrepancies and data transfer issues.
Change execution. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive approvals and execution, supporting both NPI and sustaining engineering.
Continuous improvement. Optimize engineering change and product data processes.
User support and training. Provide technical support and build training materials for design engineers, drafters, and operations personnel on PDM best practices and software usage.
What You Bring A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3–6 years of direct experience with PDM/PLM systems in a manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or electronics environment.
Proficiency in top-tier PDM/PLM software architectures.
Demonstrated expertise integrating and supporting 3D CAD platforms (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA or NX) with PTC Windchill or another PDM/PLM system.
Strong knowledge of BOM structuring and configuration management principles.
Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken — you'll collaborate with integral engineering teams.
Nice to Have Basic understanding of SQL databases or data migration protocols.
Experience with ERP system integrations such as Oracle or SAP.
Salary & Perks Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
Full statutory benefits under Mexican labor law, including aguinaldo, vacation premium, and IMSS/INFONAVIT contributions.
Corporate benefits package: grocery vouchers (vales de despensa), major medical insurance and a savings fund.
This is a full-time, long-term position with room to grow.
The position is immediately available.
