As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Administer posting open positions and ensure they are cross-posted to required job boards internally and externally.
Maintain an accurate and consistent Applicant Flow Log and disposition candidates as necessary.
Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates are receiving appropriate communication.
Evaluate resumes against job requirements.
Conduct pre-screening of potential candidates.
Schedule secondary interviews with the property and follow up with the hiring manager.
Prepare offer letters and initiate new hire paperwork.
Ensure Employment Laws and Company Policies are adhered to during the recruitment process.
Partner closely with hiring managers to support current and future staffing needs.
Create job descriptions for new roles to the organization as they are needed.

Standard time: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
Daylight saving: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
This is a remote position, in case you get selected you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Workable experience is a plus, or experience with other HCM systems.
Familiarity with job platform sites desired, such as Indeed, Monster.com, or Craigslist.
LinkedIn Recruiter platform experience is strongly desired.
