Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Design Systems Lead to own how client design systems are built. You translate brand references into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
You will manage token architecture in Figma, ship reusable libraries across multiple client brands, and document the system so developers or automated pipelines can run it without questions.
